A 5-day course for postgraduate level or professional singers at the beginning of their careers
The National Opera Studio Opera Intensive Summer Schools will be led by our Director, the opera singer Kathryn Harries OR our Head of Music, the conductor Mark Shanahan. The NOS has an enviable reputation in working with singers in a holistic manner and our Opera Intensive Summer School will provide five days of intensive training in many of the skills needed for opera performance.
Refunds
If you cancel your booking for any short course we ask that you give us no less than four weeks’ notice in writing. Withdrawal from a course must happen four weeks before the start of the course, otherwise you will be expected to pay the full cost. If you provide at least four weeks’ notice we will refund 75% of the fee paid either directly back onto your payment card or by cheque, and will endeavour to do this within 10 working days. We will retain 25% to cover our administrative costs. If you give us less than four weeks’ notice we will offer no refund.
